• Manage endpoint engineering technologies such as SCCM / MECM, Intune, Windows Imaging, JAMF, Group Policies, and device lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Workplace engineering activities covering endpoint and collaboration technologies.
• Drive Microsoft 365 platform engineering, configuration management, integrations, and access control.
• Own M365-related upgrades, governance, compliance, and security controls.
• Manage endpoint engineering technologies such as SCCM / MECM, Intune, Windows Imaging, JAMF (Mac Management), Group Policies (GPO) and device lifecycle management.
• Lead OS, Office, and application deployment strategies, design endpoint standards, packaging, and automation frameworks.
• Drive patching, vulnerability remediation, and compliance initiatives.
• Provide Tier-4 support for complex endpoint and virtual desktop issues.
• Support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Citrix, and Windows 365 engineering.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, service delivery teams, and product owners to improve user experience and service quality.
• Lead engineering teams and workstreams; manage escalations and critical incidents; define technology standards and roadmaps; coordinate with global delivery and operations teams; ensure SLA, compliance, and service improvement targets are met.

DWP Engineering Lead - Key Responsibilities

Based on the DWP engineering job descriptions and role mappings, the DWP Engineering Lead is expected to:

• Lead Digital Workplace engineering activities covering endpoint and collaboration technologies.

• Drive Microsoft 365 platform engineering, configuration management, integrations, and access control.

• Own M365-related upgrades, governance, compliance, and security controls.

• Manage endpoint engineering technologies such as:

• SCCM / MECM

• Intune

• Windows Imaging

• JAMF (Mac Management)

• Group Policies (GPO)

• Device lifecycle management

• Lead OS, Office, and application deployment strategies.

• Design and maintain endpoint standards, software packaging, and automation frameworks.

• Drive patching, vulnerability remediation, and compliance initiatives.

• Provide Tier-4 support for complex endpoint and virtual desktop issues.

• Support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Citrix, and Windows 365 engineering.

• Work closely with client stakeholders, service delivery teams, and product owners to improve user experience and service quality.
