Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a Senior Lead, Endpoint Engineering & Support to own the strategy, engineering, and day-to-day support of desktops, laptops, and endpoints for corporate and branch users. You will drive endpoint management, security, and lifecycle strategy using Microsoft Intune and Defender.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in endpoint engineering, hands-on experience with Intune and Defender, and a proven track record leading teams and managing vendors to ensure a secure, reliable

Qualifications

• 6+ years of endpoint engineering, desktop support, or end-user computing experience.
• 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance, and app deployment.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender for endpoint security, threat detection and response.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, engineering, and lifecycle management of desktops, laptops, and mobile endpoints.
• Lead deployment and management of endpoints using Microsoft Intune and security policies.
• Oversee DaaS/VDI solutions to support remote work needs.
• Drive standardization of imaging, patching, and configuration management.
