Job summary

GSK Solutions Inc. is seeking a System Engineer - Intune AD Admin for a 6-month hybrid role in Atlanta, GA. You will maintain, configure, and operate the endpoint and mobile architecture including Intune, Azure AD, and Endpoint Configuration Manager.

The role emphasizes problem resolution, KPI reporting, and developing improvements to End User Support systems. You will train staff and document procedures, working with cross-functional teams to keep IT services reliable and aligned with business

Qualifications

• Intune Endpoint Management and Azure Entra ID, Azure Administration, and Active Directory experience required.
• PowerShell Scripting is preferred.
• Office 365 experience including Teams and Outlook; Intune and Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2012‑2019, M365, Azure, Teams.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver application packages for Intune Endpoint Manager.
• Manage and coordinate urgent and complex support issues.
• Escalation point for endpoint devices; administer phones and laptops.
• Develop escalation processes and information flow within the organization.
• Administer Azure and Azure Admin portal.
• Train and mentor support staff; publish training materials.
• Provide KPI data and reporting weekly/monthly.
• Maintain IT support framework and advise on incidents and improvements.
