Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field with 3+ years' experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune Endpoint Management.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Azure Administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory administration and management.
• Experience supporting and managing enterprise endpoint devices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Windows OS and enterprise IT infrastructure.

Aufgaben

• Build, configure, package, and deploy applications using Microsoft Intune Endpoint Manager.
• Administer and manage Microsoft Intune, Azure AD / Entra ID, and Active Directory environments.
• Manage and support endpoint devices, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Handle escalated technical issues and provide advanced troubleshooting for endpoint-related incidents.
• Administer Azure services and the Azure Administration Portal.
• Manage device configurations, policies, security settings, software installations, and patch management.
• Develop and maintain escalation procedures and support methodologies to improve IT service delivery.
• Provide technical guidance, training, coaching, and mentoring to support staff.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, training materials, and instructional videos.
• Monitor and report KPIs, support metrics, incident trends, and operational performance.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve technical issues and improve user satisfaction.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements to endpoint management and end-user support systems.
• Support Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Apple, and Android environments.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting involving Ethernet, Wi-Fi, connectivity, and network peripherals.
