Job summary

ATC in Atlanta is seeking an experienced End User Support Engineer to maintain and secure the endpoint and mobile architecture. You will manage Intune, Azure AD, and Configuration Manager, and help chart a roadmap for future IT services.

The role emphasizes problem resolution, proactive monitoring, data reporting of KPIs, and knowledge documentation. Strong collaboration with staff and stakeholders is essential, along with PowerShell scripting and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience with Intune Endpoint Management and Azure Entra ID required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in a large IT environment.
• PowerShell scripting preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver application packages for Intune Endpoint Manager.
• Act as escalation point for endpoint device issues; manage mobile devices and laptops.
• Develop escalation methodologies to ensure proper information flow.
• Provide KPI data and trend reporting weekly and monthly.
• Maintain framework for improving customer IT support and advise on incidents.
