Job summary

JPS Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced System Engineer to manage endpoint and mobile environments using Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, AD, and Endpoint Configuration Manager. You will focus on endpoint administration, Microsoft 365 support, troubleshooting, and ongoing system maintenance to improve end-user IT services.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on experience with the listed technologies and strong Windows administration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years of IT systems experience.
• 3+ years with Intune, Entra ID, AD and Configuration Manager.
• 3+ years supporting Microsoft 365 apps (Teams/Outlook) and Windows 10/11/Server.
• Experience with peripherals, networking, and video conferencing equipment is a plus.
• Strong Windows admin and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• Build, deploy, and manage application packages through Intune Endpoint Manager.
• Manage and support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and endpoint-related incidents.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and act as an escalation point for endpoint support issues.
• Administer Azure services and the Azure Admin Portal.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, and other collaboration tools.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks.
• Monitor service performance, prepare KPI reports, and identify recurring issues.
• Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and training materials.
• Guide and mentor support staff and coordinate complex support requests.
