Job summary
A leading technology services firm is seeking an Intune AD Admin for a full-time contract role based in Atlanta, GA. The position requires building and delivering application packages for Intune, managing support issues, and training staff. Ideal candidates will have experience with ServiceNow, Windows OS, and Microsoft M365, alongside strong knowledge of hardware and software infrastructure. Qualifications
- Must have strong hands-on experience with hardware and software infrastructure tools.
- Understanding of daily operations and delivery processes.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune for endpoint management.
Responsibilities
- Build and deliver application packages for Intune Endpoint Manager.
- Manage and coordinate urgent support issues.
- Act as escalation point for endpoint device requests.
Skills
Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
Knowledge of Windows 11 operating system
Experience supporting Microsoft M365
Knowledge of Microsoft Intune Endpoint Configuration Manager
Strong hands-on experience with hardware and software tools
Excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Azure, and Teams
