Job summary

IntelliGenesis is seeking a cybersecurity analyst to analyze digital network data and metadata to identify malicious activity and report intelligence findings. The role emphasizes malware analysis and documenting TTPs, with a strong focus on network/host defense.

Candidates must be a US citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph. Required certifications include CISSP, CEH, Sec+, Net+, GIAC GREM, CREA, and a degree in CS/CE/IS or related discipline.

Qualifications

• Degree/experience alignment: 4y+ with Doctorate or 6y+ with Master, 8y+ with Bachelor, or 10y+ with Associate.
• Certifications required: CISSP, CEH, Sec+, Net+, GIAC GREM, CREA.
• Degree fields: CS/CE/IS or related.

Job Duties

• Analyze target digital network data to discover, analyze and document malicious or unauthorized activity using information collected from a variety of SIGINT and computer network defense resources


• Analyze metadata collected from tasked communications systems in order to identify, locate and track targets, and to accurately report the intelligence gained from metadata analysis


• Categorize traffic as benign, suspicious, or malicious activity and document malicious tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)


• Develop and implement mitigation strategies


• Have a network and/or host-based focus

Required Skills

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience and a Doctoral degree or six (6) years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree or eight (8) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or ten (10) years of relevant experience and an Associate’s degree required.

Compensation Range: $107,000 - $148,000

Compensation ranges encompass a total compensation package and are a general guideline only and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening.
