Job summary

NuVasive Clinical Services, a subsidiary of Globus Medical, is seeking a Neurophysiologist to provide intraoperative neuromonitoring during surgery, monitoring the patient’s nervous system and communicating findings to the surgical team.

This field-based role includes comprehensive training, ongoing education, and opportunities for career development; requires CNIM certification, a Bachelor's degree (or advanced degree with experience), ability to travel up to 25%, and hospital privileges where

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
• CNIM certification is required.
• Knowledge of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM) preferred; OR experience may be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide intraoperative neuromonitoring during surgery by monitoring the patient’s nervous system.
• Communicate monitoring information to the surgeon and team throughout the case.
• Maintain and troubleshoot IOM equipment and perform required documentation and logs.
