Kenco Group is seeking an Internal Communications Platform Specialist to lead the employee intranet and related digital tools. You will work as a SME for intranet and digital signage, improving platform adoption and content effectiveness across sites.

This role requires hands-on technical aptitude and strong writing and editing skills. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least two years in digital communications, with preference for experience in Simpplr or

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, technology or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of digital communications experience.
• Strong preference for Simpplr intranet tool experience.
• Able to learn and optimize new digital tools and craft clear communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the employee intranet backend and infrastructure.
• Monitor intranet usage metrics and provide insights.
• Maintain intranet content structure and data cleanliness.
• Support digital signage and other communication platforms across sites.
• Assist in creating training materials and resources for platform adoption.
