Job summary

The role emphasizes independent work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration. Prior intranet/content migration experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with SharePoint, intranet, or content migration projects.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience managing large volumes of digital content.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and CMS.
• Experience with SharePoint Online or Viva Connections is a plus.
• Marketing/digital content management background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Migrate content from legacy intranet to Pulse intranet.
• Review and organize content structure for consistency.
• Update formatting, links, metadata, and layouts.
• Conduct QA reviews for content accuracy.
• Collaborate with Marketing to prioritize migration.
• Document migration processes and track timelines.
• Identify content issues and opportunities for improvement.
