Kforce has a client in Salt Lake City, UT that is seeking a proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Intranet Migration Content Coordinator for a focused three-month project. This individual will play a key role in a corporate intranet migration initiative, helping transition high-value internal content from a legacy platform to SharePoint Online.

This individual will play a key role in a corporate intranet migration initiative, helping transition high-value internal content from a legacy platform to SharePoint Online.

Requirements

• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with standard digital tools, content management systems, and the Microsoft 365 suite
• Previous exposure to corporate intranets, internal company portals, document management systems, or corporate communication channels
• Exceptional attention to detail, including the ability to identify layout inconsistencies, spelling errors, formatting issues, and broken links
• Demonstrated ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and move projects forward with minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to evaluate content placement, identify logical or formatting gaps, and proactively resolve ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building pages, managing document libraries, or configuring content in SharePoint Online
• Experience or coursework in corporate communications, technical writing, information technology, content administration, or a related field

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
