The George Washington University is seeking a Student Athletics Assistant II (Non-FWS) to support intramural and sport club activities in the Division for Student Affairs DSA. The role includes officiating games, resolving conflicts, and assisting with safety and administrative tasks.

Evening hours are typically 6pm–10pm on weeknights, with occasional weekend coverage. Training on January 10th is mandatory for spring employment, and the position reports to the Health and Wellness Center.

Formación

• Some applicable educational, technical, or professional experience required, some training will be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Providing conflict and concern resolution support for referees and players, including determining accurate sportsmanship ratings.
• Ensuring timely and accurate administrative processes such as team check in and score entry.
• Leading set up and breakdown of the equipment and field of play.
• Providing primary response and documentation to GWPD and Intramural staff in the event of a medical emergency or security concern.
