Regal Rexnord Corp is seeking a System Sales Applications Engineer - Intralogistics to lead pre-sales engineering, sizing, BOMs, and cost models for intralogistics solutions. You will partner with the sales team and operations to translate customer needs into winning technical concepts and proposals.

The role demands strong knowledge of conveyor systems, sortation and warehouse automation, with the ability to present concepts at customer sites and virtual sessions while supporting margin targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of applications engineering or related roles in intralogistics.
• Knowledge of intralogistics equipment and system interactions.
• Strong customer-facing communication and ability to translate needs into solutions.
• Experience developing cost estimates, BOMs, and scope documents.
• Proficiency with Excel-based costing, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define system requirements and success measures with customers and partners.
• Develop conceptual system designs and high-level control narratives.
• Size equipment and perform preliminary engineering calculations.
• Build BOMs, scope definitions, and cost estimates for proposals.
• Lead technical reviews and bid strategy discussions.
• Collaborate with engineering, controls, and project teams for handover.
