About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales or Account Executive with a proven track record in the intimates category to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales leader who thrives in developing new business while also managing key existing accounts. You’ll work closely with the President and collaborate with a seasoned team of Account Executives to grow the brand's presence across department stores, club retailers, and additional strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development within the intimates space, identifying and securing opportunities across major department stores, clubs, and specialty retail.
  • Manage and grow assigned existing accounts, ensuring strong relationships and sales performance.
  • Lead line presentations and seasonal market appointments; tailor assortments to client needs.
  • Work cross-functionally with design, production, and operations teams to ensure successful order fulfillment and account satisfaction.
  • Analyze account performance and provide accurate forecasts, recaps, and strategic growth plans.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and margins to meet both client and company goals.
  • Stay on top of market trends, competitor activity, and retail performance to inform account strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Must have experience in the intimates category (bras, panties, shapewear, loungewear, etc.).
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with existing relationships at major department stores and/or clubs
  • Proven success in both account management and new business development.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Collaborative team player who is also self-driven and entrepreneurial.

Preferred Traits:

  • Experience in a high-growth or entrepreneurial brand environment.
  • Understanding of merchandising, costing, and production timelines in the apparel industry.
  • Energetic, persuasive, and relationship-focused.
