Interventionist (Part-Time)
Elementary (Kindergarten - 5th Grade)
The Elementary Interventionist will work with students in small group settings across Kindergarten through Grade 5, providing targeted academic support in alignment with the Massachusetts DESE curriculum. The Interventionist will support students performing below grade level in reading, mathematics, and other core content areas. This role collaborates closely with classroom teachers, administrators, content and reading specialists, and support staff to deliver research-based interventions and monitor student progress with the ultimate goal of improving academic outcomes.
Reports To: Principal and/or Curriculum Coordinator.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
Hours: 19 hours per week, maximum (38 weeks) - Exact schedule to be determined by the building principal based on the needs of the students.
Pay Rate: $30.00 an hour to be paid bi-weekly.
Schedule: September 14, 2026 through June 4, 2026.
