Job summary

Coloplast is seeking a Territory Manager for Interventional Urology in Atlanta to drive sales growth and build strategic partnerships with surgeons, nurses and hospital administrators in UF/IDN networks. You will manage a defined geography, execute a clear territory plan, and present Coloplast’s Stress Urinary Incontinence device with clinical and financial value.

The role requires frequent field visits, clinical education, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption.

Qualifications

• +1 year successful medical experience in medical device marketing, sales or service.
• Ability to travel domestically and overnight up to 50%.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Credentials for access to healthcare facilities and systems may be required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales objectives and develop strategic plans.
• Engage with surgeons, clinicians and administrators to promote Coloplast products.
• Educate customers on clinical and financial value of products and programs.
• Maintain CRM data, forecast, and manage territory activities.
