Job summary

Stryker Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support territory growth and engage with healthcare professionals while gaining hands-on medical device sales experience.

In this field-based role you will work with experienced Sales Representatives, assist with product evaluations and clinical procedures, and help ensure a positive experience for surgeons, nurses, and staff across OR and clinical settings. A bachelor's degree and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to help ensure appropriate product use and a positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
