Piedmont Atlanta Hospital, part of Piedmont Healthcare, is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in interventional radiology. You will perform diagnostic and interventional procedures, ensure patient safety, and follow imaging protocols across age groups.

The role emphasizes high-quality care, post-processing, and adherence to radiation safety policies. Requires ARRT registration and BLS; VI or CI certification is preferred. Location: Atlanta, GA; daytime schedule.

Formación

• Graduate of AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited program.
• None minimum work experience required.
• Registered by the ARRT and BLS certified.
• Advanced ARRT VI or CI certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs diagnostic and interventional procedures including angiography, venography, myelography, nephro-ureteral and GI studies.
• Completes post processing, records and patient care functions; follows age-specific imaging protocols.
• Positions patients, selects protocols, and operates imaging equipment.
• Adheres to Radiation Safety and dose reduction policies; provides patient education.
