Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in interventional radiology to join our team. You will perform diagnostic and interventional procedures, position patients, ensure protocol adherence, and provide patient education while maintaining radiation safety.

Minimum education: AMA approved Radiologic Technology program; no experience required. ARDMS or ARRT registration and BLS are required on hire; VI/CI preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT-accredited program.
• No experience required for this role.
• Current ARDMS or ARRT registration and BLS on hire; VI/CI preferred.

Responsabilités

• Performs diagnostic and interventional procedures including angiography, venography, myelography, nephro-ureteral, and GI studies.
• Completes post processing and maintains related records.
• Follows established imaging protocols and ensures dose reduction.
• Delivers age-appropriate patient education and care.
• Maintains competency across procedures and equipment.
• Adheres to radiation safety policies.
• Positions patients and selects correct protocols for all age groups.
