IU Health North Hospital in Indiana is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist to support radiologists during interventional procedures and learn IR and Cardiac Cath in a full-time capacity. The position runs 7:00 AM–5:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with a rotating day off and on-call duties; candidates must live within 30 minutes of North Hospital.
The role calls for 0–3 years of experience, ARRT RT(R) certification, Indiana ISDH license, and BLS.

This is a full-time Interventional Radiology Technologist position located at North Hospital. The hours are 7:00AM-5:30PM Monday-Friday (Rotating day off). On-call required, candidate must live within 30 minutes of North Hospital. We are willing to train - you will learn both IR and Cardiac Cath.
Assists radiologist/interventionalist in interventional procedures including acting as scrub tech where appropriate. Adheres to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Follows radiation safety protocols and is aware of patient dose alert levels and escalation procedure. Understands and has knowledge of complex procedures. Demonstrates ability to determine appropriate supplies for procedure and sets up sterile field. Possesses advanced knowledge of cross sectional and vascular anatomy. Communicates and work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team (critical care, ED, Trauma, IP, OP, Nursing, Oncology, Transplant, GI, Neurosurgery, etc). Documents necessary information in EMR.
