Indiana University Health in Fort Wayne is hiring a part-time Interventional Radiology Technologist for the new Fort Wayne Hospital opening May 2027. You will support radiologists in interventional procedures and function as a scrub tech when needed, while upholding infection control and radiation safety standards.
Schedule is Monday–Friday, about 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with no call at opening; a sign-on bonus is available for eligible applicants.
This is a part-time, day shift Interventional Radiology Technologist role located at the new IU Health Fort Wayne Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Projected Start Date - February 2027 (to allow onboarding and orientation before the hospital opening).
Assists radiologist/interventionalist in interventional procedures including acting as scrub tech where appropriate. Adheres to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Follows radiation safety protocols and is aware of patient dose alert levels and escalation procedure. Understands and has knowledge of complex procedures. Demonstrates ability to determine appropriate supplies for procedure and sets up sterile field. Possesses advanced knowledge of cross sectional and vascular anatomy. Communicates and work effectively as part of a multi‑disciplinary team (critical care, ED, Trauma, IP, OP, Nursing, Oncology, Transplant, GI, Neurosurgery, etc). Documents necessary information in EMR.
