Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Registered Radiologic Technologist to join the Heart & Vascular Institute. The role supports physicians during invasive cardiology and radiology procedures, with emphasis on patient safety, accurate documentation, and sterility.

Qualifications include ARRT registered radiography, appropriate state licensure, ACLS within 1 year, and an Associate’s Degree or Certificate in Radiologic Technology. Sign-on bonus eligibility is noted.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Certificate of Completion in Radiologic Technology required.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) required; licensure in Radiography (IEMA if applicable).
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire is expected.

Responsibilities

• Administers contrast material as requested by physician, and responds to hypersensitivity.
• Under supervision of a physicist or dosimetrist, performs duties safely and accurately.
• Assists with inventory and supplies; ensures correct patient and chart identification.
