KAISER in Halethorpe, MD is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist to perform routine and highly specialized procedures under general supervision. You will operate imaging equipment, assist the IR team, and ensure patient safety throughout the procedure.

The role requires a minimum of three years of radiologic technologist experience, ARRT certification within 24 months, and strong patient communication. A $10k sign-on bonus is available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of radiologic technologist experience in hospital with fluoroscopy and C-arm procedures.
• Graduate of a certified ARRT program; high school diploma or GED.
• ARRT certification within 24 months of hire; additional interventional certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate diagnostic and interventional radiology equipment per SOPs and departmental policies.
• Assist in procedures, prep patient and trays, and maintain sterile technique.
• Adhere to ALARA radiation safety practices and document procedures accordingly.
• Communicate with patients, nurses, and physicians about angiography and interventional procedures.
• Ensure Kaiser Medical Record documentation in Centricity and KP Health Connect.
