Job summary

GI Alliance is seeking a skilled Procedural RN to support the Interventional Radiology service, bridging pre-operative care to the operating room for interventional procedures under local MAC sedation. Occasional travel and back‑fill in in‑office urology suites may occur.

The role requires a RN license in the state, ADN or BSN, BLS/ACLS, and 1–2 years perioperative experience. Strong IV skills and teamwork are essential for safe patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Current, active RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS certification; CNOR not required.
• 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably perioperative.
• Strong IV skills and perioperative knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Pre-procedural assessments and preparing records for consent.
• Initiate peripheral IV access and manage medications per physician orders.
• Transport patient from pre-op holding to OR.
• Assist with patient positioning and prepping per SOPs.
• Support sterile field and monitor intraoperative medications and times.
• Assist with PAT requirements and monitor supply and anesthesia needs.
