Job summary

Capital Health in Illinois is seeking an experienced RN to deliver high-quality nursing care during diagnostic or interventional radiologic procedures. You will assess patients, monitor status, prepare discharge plans, and educate patients and their families to support recovery.

Requires Associate's degree in nursing, active RN license, BLS, ACLS/NRP/PALS as applicable, and 2+ years of critical care experience. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Current RN license in Illinois.
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality nursing care to meet patient needs during interventional radiologic procedures.
• Assesses patient condition, monitors status, and communicates with physicians during the procedure.
• Performs nursing duties, maintains sterile environment, and documents care and procedures.
• Educates patients and families, provides discharge instructions and supports recovery.
• Plans and documents discharge to maximize patient independence and safety.
