Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to support interventional radiology procedures on a full-time basis. You will deliver high-quality patient care, assess and monitor patients, and assist physicians throughout procedures.

The role requires an active NJ RN license, BLS, ACLS/PALS as indicated, and strong communication. The position offers a 40-hour week with comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
Two years of critical care experience or training preferred.
Active RN license (NJ) and BLS/ACLS/PALS as required.
Excellent verbal and written communication and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

Deliver quality nursing care during diagnostic or interventional radiologic procedures.
Assess patient condition and monitor during procedures; communicate with physicians.
Prepare and document procedures, maintain sterile environment.
Educate patient and family; discharge planning and instructions.
Collaborate with case managers to optimize patient care and handoffs.
Maintain documentation per standards and participate in quality improvement.
