Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Interventional Radiology at Muhlenberg. You will prep patients, monitor vital signs, and assist radiologists during procedures in a fast-paced imaging suite.

Requirements include an Associate's Degree in Nursing, PA licensure, and 3+ years in med/surg with 1 year in critical care, plus BLS/ACLS/PALS within 90 days. This is a day-shift, onsite role with LVHN's renowned patient safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing with license to practice in PA.
• 3 years in medical/surgical nursing and 1 year in critical care.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assists radiology procedures by preparing patients and monitoring vital signs.
• Administers conscious sedation and documents medications.
• Serve as liaison between patient, nursing staff and physician; ensure safety and reporting of changes.
• Discharges and assists in transportation of patients per protocol.
