Qualifications

• Technical School Diploma in Radiology.
• 2 years General diagnostic radiology experience.
• 1 year Interventional radiology experience.
• RT - Registered Technologist Radiology - State of Pennsylvania
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support - State of Pennsylvania within 90 Days
• VI - Vascular Interventional Radiography ARRT - State of Pennsylvania

Responsabilités

• Provides post procedure care to the patient (holds pressure, cleans, sutures, and bandages).
• Produces diagnostic quality images and processes them for radiologist interpretation.
• Acts as a scrub assistant during interventional procedures under fluoroscopy with sterile technique.
• Prepares and administers contrast per protocol under radiologist supervision.
• Verifies injection settings and equipment connections during procedures.
• Sets up sterile trays and preps patients for exams.
• Keeps IR lab and procedure rooms clean and organized; maintains safety.
• Documents LMP, fluoroscopy time, and case details; attaches exams to patient records within 30 minutes.
