Job summary

TALENT Software Services in Morristown, NJ seeks an experienced Registered Nurse with Interventional Radiology or Cath lab experience to join our team and support invasive procedures under IR modalities.

The role features a Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm schedule with 3–5 years Cath Lab experience; NJ state license with BLS and ACLS; no weekend or on-call requirements; strong communication and computer skills are essential to coordinate patient care and collaborate with the care team.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with Interventional Radiology or Cath lab experience.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with invasive procedures in Interventional Radiology, Endovascular Surgery, and Neurosurgical interventional, aseptic techniques per AORN guidelines.
• Collaborate with health care team to promote evidence-based care for IR patients and families.
• Develop and maintain competencies related to the care and management of IR patients.
• Provide professional critical care nursing within an integrated Health Care System.
• Demonstrate PRIDE values in every aspect of the job.
