Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Rahway, NJ. The role requires experience in diagnostic cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology, with day shifts of 07:00–19:30.

The ideal candidate will scrub and circulate in the lab, maintain sterile technique, and monitor hemodynamics while providing high-quality patient care. ACLS/BLS and NJ RN license (or eligibility) are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar cardiac cath lab setting; 1 year may be considered based on experience.
• Current ACLS, BLS, ARRT(R) or RCIS certifications required.
• New Jersey RN License or eligibility to obtain one prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab.
• Maintain a sterile field and ensure the safety of patients.
• Perform EKG lead placement and prep access sites.
• Recognize life-threatening arrhythmias and respond appropriately.
• Assist with various interventional procedures and monitor hemodynamics.
• Stock supplies and ensure equipment is set up for each procedure.
