Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care across growth and development stages with thorough assessments.
• Demonstrate competent clinical skills in direct patient care and emergency procedures.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation, ensuring patient progress and education are well-documented.
• Uphold professional practice responsibility and identify areas for clinical and professional growth.
• Foster a patient-centered environment with courteous and positive interactions, maintaining confidentiality as per HIPPA guidelines.
• Follow National Patient Safety Goals, employing safe transfer techniques and proper body mechanics.
• Tailor patient care to specific procedures and anesthesia, assessing patient reactions and understanding.
• Prioritize patient care based on needs and condition changes.
• Engage patients and families in pre-operative and postoperative education.
• Ensure timely completion of patient testing and evaluate Pre Admission Testing orders.
