Job summary

Piedmont Augusta Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic and interventional procedures and provide patient care across adolescent to geriatric populations. The role requires adherence to established protocols and accurate post-processing and documentation.

The position typically runs Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm, with no weekend shifts. A sign-on bonus is available and ARDMS/ARRT registration with BCLS is required on hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT-accredited hospital-based training.
• No prior experience required; entry level acceptable.
• ARDMS or ARRT radiographer registration required upon hire; BCLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures including angiography, venography, myelography, nephro-ureteral and GI studies.
• Completes post-processing functions, records and patient care per established protocols, and differentiates for adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
