Job summary

Piedmont Augusta Hospital in Georgia seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic and interventional procedures across angiography, venography, myelography, nephro-ureteral and GI studies, with attention to adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. The role requires AMA/JRCERT approved education and ARRT registration upon hire, plus BCLS.

No prior experience is required, and post-processing, documentation, and protocol adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program.
• No experience required.
• ARRT registration (R) upon hire required.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support upon hire required.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic and interventional procedures including angiography, venography, myelography, nephro-ureteral and GI studies, and modality-assisted drainage and biopsies.
• Completes all post-processing functions.
• Performs related record keeping and patient care functions.
• Ensures protocols and techniques are applied appropriately for adolescent, adult and geriatric patient populations.
