Job summary

HealthOp Solutions seeks an Interventional Pain Management physician for a blended clinic and ASC role in the Phoenix area. You will balance outpatient care with injections and implants in the ASC, supported by an NP to manage follow-ups and patient flow.

You should be board-certified/board-eligible in Pain Management or related fields with an accredited pain fellowship and an active Arizona license. A sign-on/relocation package is available.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pain Management, Anesthesiology, PM&R, or related field
• Completion of an accredited pain fellowship
• Active or eligible for Arizona medical licensure

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
• Perform interventional pain procedures in an ASC setting
• Develop individualized treatment plans, including procedural and non-procedural options
• Collaborate with NP and clinical staff to manage patient flow and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Educate patients on treatment options, risks, and expected outcomes
• Participate in care coordination with referring providers
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Optimize procedural scheduling and efficiency in the ASC
• Contribute to practice growth through high-quality patient care

Education

MD or DO degree
