HealthOp Solutions in Prescott Valley, AZ is seeking an Interventional Pain Physician to provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and procedural care for acute and chronic pain conditions. The role involves performing interventional procedures and coordinating multidisciplinary care.

Ideal candidates will have an MD/DO, completed residency, board certification or eligibility, and a valid Arizona medical license with an active DEA registration.

Qualifications

• MD or DO licensed to practice in Arizona.
• Completed accredited residency relevant to pain management.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in applicable specialty.
• Active Arizona medical license or ability to obtain.
• Federal DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for pain conditions.
• Perform interventional pain procedures and related treatments.
• Prescribe medications and regimens as medically indicated.
• Refer patients to specialists when appropriate.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to coordinate care.
• Supervise residents or fellows when applicable.
• Participate in health education and patient wellness initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and outcomes.
• Follow safety, quality improvement, and infection control protocols.
