Healthcare United is seeking a Board Certified Interventional Pain Management Physician for a high-volume outpatient opportunity in Glendale, Arizona.

The incoming physician will step into an immediate patient base with strong referral volume, significant procedural opportunity, and experienced clinical support. The position is 100% outpatient with a Monday-Friday schedule and no hospital rounding, nights, weekends, holidays, or call.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Pain Management or related field.
• Active or eligible Arizona medical license.
• Proficient interventional procedural skills (epidurals, medial branch blocks, RFA, injections, spinal cord stimulation).
• Experience in high-volume outpatient settings and ability to manage 20–30 patients per day.

Responsibilities
