Arizona Pain in Peoria, AZ seeks an experienced Interventional Pain Physician to join a high-volume MIS practice. The role offers a high compensation range, strong bonus potential, and the opportunity to buy into the ASC as a partner after one year.

Competenze

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Pain Medicine (Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, etc.).
• Completion of fellowship training in Pain Medicine.
• Valid medical license and DEA registration.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Mansioni

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including comprehensive medical histories and physical examinations, to accurately diagnose pain conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as MRI, CT scans, and nerve conduction studies to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, incorporating bread and butter and advanced interventional procedures, physical therapy, chiropractic, and other modalities as appropriate.
• Perform interventional pain procedures including peripheral and central neuromodulation, SI joint fusion, MILD, Vertebroplasty and other advanced procedures.
• Educate patients and families about pain condition, treatment options, and self-management techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize pain relief and functional outcomes.
• Collaborate with chiropractors, physical therapists, APPs, and other physicians to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of encounters, treatment plans, and outcomes.
• Stay abreast of interventional pain management developments through CME, research, and professional involvement.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards including patient confidentiality and informed consent.

Formazione

MD or DO from an accredited medical school
