Job summary

The Radiology Manager at UCSF oversees Interventional and Neuro Interventional imaging across Mount Zion, Parnassus, and Mission Bay campuses, coordinating a 25+ member team to provide 24/7 inpatient and outpatient coverage.

You will lead cross-department initiatives, participate in imaging facility construction, and help select new equipment while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care across UCSF radiology services.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years Radiology management or supervisory experience in acute care setting.
• Current licensure or certification as required by the state for Radiology professionals (CRT).
• ARRT certification and ARRT Advanced Level Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all Interventional and Neuro Interventional imaging procedures.
• Coordinate with multiple departments/locations to ensure efficient imaging services.
• Lead a team of 25+ employees for 24/7 inpatient/outpatient coverage.
• Represent Radiology in hospital committees and construction projects.
• Assist in selecting and implementing new imaging equipment.
• Ensure safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and develop staff; maintain imaging records and data.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve patient care.
