Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Five years' technologist experience preferred.
• One year leadership experience preferred.
• State Radiologic Tech license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Fluoroscopy certification required.
• ARRT certifications required.
• ARRT radiography/CT/MRI/Mammography or ARDMS/NMTCB certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all technical operations of the diagnostic imaging department; ensure timely processing of patients and prioritize emergent procedures.
• Monitors RIS and PACS; maintains patient image/data integrity while HIPAA compliant.
• Supervises imaging personnel, including hiring, orientation, training, scheduling, and evaluations.
• Manages department budget, staffing and capital/expenditure planning.
• Evaluates new technologies and equipment to increase productivity and quality.
• Ensures compliance with Joint Commission and state/federal regulations.
