Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an Angio/Interventionalist to perform and support angiography procedures in the Denver, CO area. You will scrub, monitor, and assist in obtaining high-quality images while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires ARRT, BCLS, ACLS within 120 days, and pediatric-appropriate skills where applicable. Part-time schedule is 30 hours per week at Saint Joseph Hospital, with a competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required.
• BCLS certification required.
• ACLS certification within 120 days.
• PALS certification within 120 days (for pediatric hospitals).
• State licensure and/or certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date licensure and certifications.
• Provide procedural assistance as circulating/scrub/monitoring tech according to policies.
• Operate IR equipment to ensure quality images.
• Prepare patient identification, order verification and exam readiness.
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and ensure a safe environment.
• Follow protocols for medical necessity, coding and charging, and QC programs.
• Provide patient education and address concerns.
• Keep accurate records of patient information and procedures.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate with other providers.
• Suture the sheath or achieve hemostasis at end of procedure.
