Performance Academies seeks an Intervention Specialist to provide direct instruction, co-teaching, and accommodations for students with IEPs/504s/BIPs across K-8 and High School campuses. The role emphasizes supporting individualized learning in a structured environment.

You will collaborate with staff to write and manage IEPs, ETRs, FBAs, and 504 Plans, ensuring compliance with IDEA regulations and data monitoring. A Bachelor's degree and Ohio license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license required.
• Experience with IEPs, 504 plans, and BIPs.
• Familiarity with IDEA regulations and data monitoring.
• Background checks completed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized instruction and co-teaching with accommodations for students with IEPs, 504s, and BIPs.
• Lead IEP, ETR, FBA and 504 plan meetings and updates per state/federal guidelines.
• Monitor student progress and advocate for student needs.
