Qualifications

• Knowledge of State Standards and Common Core Standards.
• Experience in inclusion/Co-Teaching in a Resource Room model.
• Ability to pass federal and state background checks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with classroom teachers to interpret student abilities and modify curricula.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments for instruction.
• Perform functional behavior assessments.
• Write and implement behavior improvement plans.
• Facilitate IEP Meetings and write goals and objectives.
• Communicate with families about student growth.
• Plan and participate in non-instructional activities.
• Support student achievement and school culture goals.
