Qualifications

• Current state license is required.
• Knowledge of State Standards and Common Core Standards.
• Experience in a full room inclusion or co‑teaching model.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass federal and state background checks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with classroom teachers to interpret student abilities and plan interventions.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments for instruction.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments.
• Write and implement behavior improvement plans.
• Facilitate IEP meetings and write IEP goals.
• Monitor progress toward student achievement and culture goals.
• Communicate with families about academic and social‑emotional growth.
• Plan and participate in non‑instructional activities and events.
