Qualifications

• Current state license and knowledge of standards are required.
• Experience with inclusion or co-teaching models is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and time management are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers to interpret abilities and disabilities and adapt instruction.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments for instruction.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and write behavior plans.
• Lead IEP meetings and draft goals and objectives.
• Communicate regularly with families about student progress and growth.
