Key Responsibilities

• Targeted Literacy Instruction: Plan and deliver Tier 2 and Tier 3 ELA and reading interventions primarily for 5th and 6th-grade students using research-backed methods.
• Assessment & Data Tracking: Administer diagnostic assessments, monitor student progress regularly, and analyze data to adjust intervention strategies.
• Consultation & Support: Offer targeted ELA support and consultation for 7th and 8th-grade staff and students to ensure alignment across grade levels.
• Collaborative Planning: Partner with general education ELA teachers, special education staff, and administrators to design MTSS frameworks and ensure classroom alignment.
• Student & Family Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with families regarding student progress, intervention goals, and home support strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements
