Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Valid PA Teaching Certificate in Reading/Literacy, Middle Level ELA, or Elementary PK-4/K-6.
• Experience teaching reading strategies and MTSS at middle school preferred.
• Strong data-driven instruction and diagnostic literacy tools knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 2/3 ELA and reading interventions for 5th–6th grade students.
• Administer diagnostic assessments and monitor progress.
• Consult 7th–8th grade staff and students for MTSS alignment.
• Collaborate with general education, special education, and admins on MTSS.
• Engage families; communicate progress and goals.
