Responsibilities

• Provide intervention in assigned subject areas for small groups.
• Assist teachers through staff development and data-driven lesson modeling.
• Develop and implement lessons aligned with district curriculum and TEA guidelines.
• Assess student learning styles and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Collaborate with special education staff to modify curricula for IEPs.
• Plan goals with staff and supervise teacher aides and volunteers.
• Create engaging classroom environments and support student behavior.
• Communicate with parents and staff, maintaining professional relationships.
• Participate in staff development and maintain required records.
