Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of education/experience in social services, criminal justice, or related field.
• Knowledge of cognitive-behavioral approaches and case management is required.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Must be computer literate and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, plans, and facilitates individual and group training sessions.
• Meets with clients individually to ensure understanding and engagement with services.
• Performs case management functions as directed and documents progress.
• Maintains accurate written and verbal communication with clients and staff.
• Monitors client progress and adapts plans to support behavior change.
