Job summary

Community Partners in Action (CPA) in Hartford, CT, seeks a Supervising Intervention Specialist for the Hartford Alternative in the Community (HAIC) program. The role provides leadership, supervises staff, and ensures program operations align with CBT-driven interventions to reduce recidivism.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, has two years of CBT group facilitation experience, one year of supervisory work, and strong communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CBT group facilitation experience preferred.
• Experience administering assessments and performing case management.
• At least one year of supervisory experience and strong communication skills.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing leadership and supervision for direct reports.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the HAIC program.
• Assist in hiring, training and staff development.
• Conduct weekly team meetings and monthly supervision.
• Ensure accurate documentation in ISL/JD processes and CDCS.
